Note: You must have at least 40% of your lash extensions remaining to qualify as a refill. Sets with less than 40% retention or visits past 3.5 weeks require booking a Full Set.

Arrive with completely clean, makeup-free lashes and lids (no mascara, eyeliner, or strip lash glue residue).
Avoid heavy eye creams or oils near the eyes on appointment day.
Remove contact lenses prior to your service.
Avoid caffeine right before your appointment to prevent eyelid fluttering.
Keep lashes completely dry for 24 hours post-service.
Avoid oil-based skincare, cleansers, or waterproof makeup around the eyes.
Cleanse daily with an extension-safe foaming lash shampoo to prevent buildup and maintain retention.
Brush gently once daily with a clean spoolie only when lashes are dry.
Pre-book your next refill for 2 to 3 weeks out to maintain optimal fullness.
How do I know if I qualify for a refill instead of a full set?
You must have at least 40% to 50% of your lash extensions intact. If it has been more than 3 to 4 weeks since your last appointment or you have sparse retention, please book a Volume Full Set to ensure adequate time.
Do you accept foreign fills (work from another artist)?
For quality and isolation standards, we typically recommend a removal and fresh full set for new clients coming from another salon. Please contact us directly prior to booking a fill over another artist's work.
